If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, we will invoice a $50 cancellation fee. If the photographer arrives and the shoot cannot happen, we will invoice 50% of the total price for the shoot that was scheduled. We want to ensure a consistent and reliable scheduling experience for our clients and last-minute changes disrupt that process. We also incur costs when establishing an appointment that we may not be able to recover. The best way to avoid a cancellation fee / delay is to be in tune with the condition of the property and its current state within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot time.
